ClinicLearn — Mandatory training for clinic teams

Scope and limitations of ClinicLearn certificates

ClinicLearn provides text-based learning modules on workplace and compliance topics. Certificates issued by ClinicLearn evidence completion of a learning module and a knowledge check. They do not constitute accredited training, CPD qualifications, clinical competency assessments, or proof of regulatory compliance.

Clinics remain solely responsible for:

(a) determining which training their staff are required to complete under applicable law, regulation, and their professional indemnity or clinical governance policies;
(b) ensuring staff receive any practical, hands-on, or competency-assessed training required for clinical procedures or emergency response;
(c) maintaining their own records and evidence for CQC, JCCP, local authority, insurer, or other regulatory purposes.

ClinicLearn certificates are provided as an evidence record of learning module completion only. They should not be relied upon as the sole evidence of staff competence or of a clinic's compliance with any regulatory requirement.

Use of the platform

By registering for and using ClinicLearn, you agree to these terms. ClinicLearn is a product of Indexeli Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

You may use the platform to create learning records for your clinic staff. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide during registration and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Data and privacy

ClinicLearn stores clinic, staff, and completion data securely. Data is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Limitation of liability

ClinicLearn is provided "as is". Indexeli Ltd is not liable for any regulatory action, inspection outcome, insurance claim, or clinical incident arising from reliance on ClinicLearn certificates as the sole evidence of staff training or competence.
